My Budget Buys

We all love to shop and spend money on things that make us look and feel beautiful. I mean that's why we are all here right? For me, being a student with very little money, nothing is more satisfying than finding things to do that with at a bargain price. Recently I've spent LOADS of money in the Drugstore buying up a few products that I've wanted to try and trolling through the internet looking for exactly what I want at the best possible price. Most of the time I use Amazon. I am completely obsessed with this website. I can usually find everything I need here and if I can't Boots is always my second stop.

However, I recently purchased a book which has become so useful to me in my practice of beauty and it has shown me new places to look online and off for the best products at the best price. I'm a tad embarrassed by the title of this book but needless to say the information written within its pages are priceless.

Excuse the thumb. Tried so hard to hold the book without the reflection of my light. Was very dark. But this is the book I was on about. Yes it is basically a book for dummies but I love it. The websites it has shown me have been brilliant at showing me where is best and not the most expensive places to buy my make-up.

Budget Buy Hair Oil:

I have to admit, this stuff is brilliant. I've seen people buying the Moroccan Oil and although i get this put onto my locks when i visit the hairdresser when I'm at home I opt for the more purse friendly option of Argan Oil.
This is just £1 yes £1 from Savers and it is the same stuff, you put two drops into your palm, rub your hand together smooth through your locks and voila. The beauty of smooth silky shiny hair all while being protected from the heat. Exactly as the bottle says. I only use this on my hair if I am planning to straighten it as i personally do not like the feel on oil on my skin, ew!

Budget Buy Mascara:

I always thought Benefit They're Real would always be my favourite mascara and honestly as a high end brand it probably is, but when my bank account just won't budge for a splurge of £20 on mascara I vote for the secondary option of £2.40. Now you're all probably thinking this can't be right £2.40? Yes, it really did cost me that much, my purse loved me that day and my eyes look pretty similar to how they do with my high end wallet hurting Benefit They're Real mascara. I would like to introduce you to, W7 Flirty Eyes.

Although the brush is completely different the look this mascara creates is so beautiful and simply dramatic that it's noticeable in such a subtle way.

These are my two budget buys for you. Any recommendations for me? Let me know!
